How can you apply all of the techniques from the consultation course to online consultations? This video will take you through the ins and outs of zoom consultations and help you avoid mistakes we have already made at Modern Law.
Right now we are in a nationwide shutdown due to the Covid-19 virus. We haven’t been ordered to stay at home – yet – here in Arizona, but that may be happening soon.
If you’re doing a consultation, you’ll still need to present yourself in a professional environment. I highly recommend adding a ring light and a good microphone so you’re heard clearly.
Basically, if you can make your online conference as close as possible to an in-person conference, the more likely you’ll gain a client.
Watch the video to see how I do a screen share with Zoom to help a new client through the sign up process with our Modern Law Client online agreement. (If you want to set up a form like this for your office, just let me know, and we can help you with that.)
Also, make sure to send your client some information before your Zoom meeting, with all the information they’ll need. Make it easy for them, and you’re client will be more inclined to hire you.
