We’ve been traveling around the country meeting with some great legal teams to help increase their bottom line this year, and seeing some amazing things at work.
In one case, we worked with a firm in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, to create their 10-year plan in a retreat with the whole team so that we could focus and refine the things that we know will work for them – all using their talent, their goals and their areas of service. It was super fun.
In another case, we were in Orlando, Florida, where we are working with a law firm to help them grow and serve the Spanish speaking market of clients which are massively underserved by attorneys there. That firm is in a great position now to expand and help these clients.
