In this video, Billie gets into the details about how to conduct meetings properly so you’re not wasting your time, or others’ time.
For instance, we use one-on-one meetings of 30 minutes to check in personally with each person working with us. By taking the time to talk candidly with your employee as a real, actual, thinking and feeling human, you’re investing in them. It matters. You want to really listen, and connect. These meetings should help staff be their best selves.
Actual company meetings are a different story, but also shouldn’t suck. We do ours once a week with a company lunch. We get so much done while having fun. Take a look at the actual nuts and bolts of our agenda to see how it’s been working and how you can use it for yourself.
